2. How do I organize accommodation?
There are many accommodation options in Weatherford. Three options closest to the ranch are:

2. When does the clinic start and finish?
You are welcome to check-in on Friday night and stable your horse. The clinic will get underway on Saturday Morning at 8am on June 4 and ends on Sunday afternoon at 4pm to give participants time to pack and return home.
3. What is the agenda?
The clinic will get underway at 8am each morning following a hearty breakfast. Lunch will be served at noon, with plenty of breaks and refreshments in between.
4. Do I need to bring stall shavings?
No, that is included in the price of the clinic. You will however, need to bring your horse feed.
5. Can I cancel my registration?
Yes as long as it's done via email at least 14 days before the clinic is held. After that date, the $825 deposit fee is no longer refundable. If cancellation happens 7 days or less before the clinic date, then none of the full fee will be refunded.
